# Terms of Service — Initial Zero

Welcome to Initial Zero ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or purchasing from initialzero.co (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

## 1. Products and Pricing

We sell accessories including eyewear, chains, rings, and related products. We strive to display products, colors, and details accurately, but slight variations may occur — particularly with handmade or small-batch finishes.

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

## 2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, payment details) is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, or inventory errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

## 3. Shipping

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Shipping timeframes and rates are shown at checkout and on our Support page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
